It’s always fun to be a part of a wedding where you can feel the joy coming from each family at bringing together two people in marriage and you could just see the love at Blake and Mac’s wedding! The wedding was held at the River Road and Jasmine House near Lake Murray. It’s been a while since I’ve visited this venue and they have done some great things! The ceremony area has an elegant iron gazebo at the front and a permanent doorway at the end of the aisle. Blake and Mac chose to write their favorite bible verse above the door so it would be included in their wedding memories. Rex Woolbright did an amazing job of the daisy bouquets and Evelyn’s Bridal helped her find the perfect dress!
One of my favorite moments during the wedding day was watching Blake peek out the window to watch her mom walk down the aisle as her Dad watches her in the mirror. Having two photographers (Dave was photographing mom walking down the aisle) allows Palmetto Duo to capture these truly unique storytelling moments. At the reception, we gathered together 5 (count them 5!) wedding couples that Palmetto Duo had photographed! We love sharing in the joy of so many friend’s happy marriages!
Bridal portraits were taken at 701 Whaley. Congratulations Blake & Mac!
